For companies of multi-talented workers that consist of highly educated and qualified employees, advanced methods are more likely to be used for the selection and recruitment of their employees. Although keeping these priorities in focus, the implementation of a strategic framework on their employee resource decision will enable companies to evolve continuously in a more productive way. (Armstrong, 2014)

What is Talent Management and why Talent Management is so important for the development of the organizations?

Talent management is the systematic attraction, deployment and growth of individuals who, either because they perform essential positions or have strong future potential, are of special importance to the company.

The interconnected activities of the Talent Management Life Cycle are; Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Engagement, Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning.

In a wider context, the two techniques designed separately in an Employee Resourcing and Talent Management Company can be viewed together as "bundling" processes. In an organizational situation, these two strategies can be kept together and mutually improved. In the "bundling" method, Armstrong proposes the following elements;

                                                    1.     Workforce planning

                                                    2.     Employee value proposition

                                                    3.     Employee value proposition

                                                    4.     Retention strategy.

Why it’s so important to invest in Talent Management for the development of an organization.

·     ·        Investing in the areas of talent management will help to improve employee engagement and increase employee productivity.

·        Investing in talent acquisition will help to retain the organization's best talents available in the job market.

·        Investing in the different facets of talent management will help a company solve this issue efficiently and maintain top talents within the organization. (Armstrong, 2014)

Conclusion

In conclusion, embracing a strategic human resource process and investing in the multiple aspects of talent management will allow a company to develop continuously in today's competitive business environment.
