willingness to do something without the force of a third party. All
organizations are trying to achieve a high level of sustainable performance
through managing people in a successful manner. When we manage our employees
within the organization, we can motivate them to do their tasks by giving
incentives, leadership, reward and most importantly closely monitoring the
tasks they do and the context which they carry out the work. There are some
factors which affects the motivation of people to behave in certain ways.

actions against, why the demotivation has occurred.

could have a knock-on effect to other employees, potentially holding back the
entire company from producing work to the highest standard or meeting important
targets.
